Delicious Protein Shake Recipes

Protein Shake Recipes” I’ve included a recipe for a protein shake that is easy to make, nutritious, and delicious—something I do every day when everyone is confined inside.

It will kickstart your day with a nutritious, high-protein start and is far better than consuming an unhealthy breakfast. Come on, let’s do this!

Step 1

Water :Protein Shake Recipes For this dish, I use two cups of water. If you want to add more components, make sure to adjust the recipe by adding extra water; otherwise, your shake can become thick and unpalatable mud.

After adding the water to the blender, set the blender to the lowest setting so that the other components may be added.

Step 2

Greens: I, like with most others, don’t receive nearly enough greens in my diet on a regular basis. Since greens are so important for health, I include Amazing Grass Green Superfood in my shakes. I use chocolate flavoring since it complements the other items I use nicely.

Step 3

Fiber: Rich in digestive enzymes, fiber will offer you incredibly smooth teeth that come straight out of the box.

To keep the train moving smoothly, I add 1 tsp of Anthony’s Psyllium Husk Powder to my smoothies every morning. Don’t take too much; it works well.

Step 4

Collagen-There are several advantages to collagen, including improved skin, nails, hair, and joint health. It helps maintain my joints as healthy as possible, therefore I add it to my shakes because I’m an active person with a bad knee. I utilize Sport Science Collagen Peptides powder.

Step 5

Banana: Place a whole banana into the blender. Bananas are incredibly nutrient-dense and offer several health advantages. Not convinced by me? Simply Google it.

Step 6

Raw Egg: For even more increases in clean protein. Very easy to understand and uncomplicated. Not convinced by me? Go ask The Hulkster and Arnold.

Step 7

Peanut Butter: Aim for high-quality, minimally-sweetened peanut butter. Costco carries the products I use. Although it’s entirely up to you, I like to add 1 tablespoon to my shakes.

Although peanut butter has some nutritional advantages as well, I primarily consume it for flavor.

Step 8

Protein Powder: I switch up my protein powders every few months since I find that I become weary of using the same one. Normally, I try to use only plant-based protein powders, but at the moment, I’m using Redcon1 MRE Lite’s oatmeal chocolate chip.

It tastes fantastic, is made from high-quality animals, and is animal-based.

Read the ingredients for any protein you want to use. You can detect if you’re utilizing a high-quality protein by applying common sense.

Throw it away if it’s packed with chemicals you can’t pronounce, rubbish fillers, and artificial sweeteners.

Additional Bonus

Avocado(1/4), Hemp Seeds(1 serving), and Coconut Oil (1 tablespoon). They are all highly beneficial to you as well, if you can fit them in.

I usually add them too, but I wasn’t carrying any when I recorded the video.

Step 9

Four cubes of ice will do the trick. It won’t freeze your brain; it will be just chilly enough to feel comfortable.

Step 9: Jack up the blender and observe its spinning motion. Before sipping, reduce the amount of bubbles at the top after lowering the pace.

Along with my smoothie, I also take a liver cleansing supplement and a men’s multivitamin.

There you have it, then. A tasty, nourishing, and vitamin-rich protein smoothie to start your day. Avoid being a victim of the Quarantine 15.

Rather, emerge from it a healthier, slimmer, and stronger person than before.

Live fearlessly, healthily, and with a beard.
